Passat BlueMotion Comfortline
What is it that is really so special about that Passat Bluemotion? The basic principle is that a number of relatively simple adjustments lowered the fuel consumption of the Passat drasticly. A number of close-made strips in the grille, a flatter bottom, lowered chassis in order to reduce the air resistance and the rolling resistance limited with special 16 inch tires. The 1.9 TDI engine is more economical and climate aware than before and the gearbox is adapted with longer high shifts. The first three gears are identical to those of an ordinary VW Passat, but the fourth and fifth gear are way longer. The fifth gear feels in fact as a sixth.

Because Volkswagen believes that riders of cars in this segment are used to a certain level of luxury, the Volkswagen Passat Bluemotion provides with any luxury need you have. Our test version was even equipped 17inch chrome spike rims, tinted glass, separate air-conditioning and RDS900 navigation system.
